Friday I hit the mortherload! I love, Love, LOVE books! I found online about three weeks ago that the library was about to have a huge book sale. Put book and sale together and it is a little piece of heaven on earth in my world. I went not expecting anything to grand because I had never been to one, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was a whole library full of books for sale, none were over a DOLLAR! I had Audra with me and it was somewhat crowded so I did not stay and weed through the mountains of books like I would have if I were by myself, but for $11.50 I got thirteen books. One of my favorite finds was the Eric Carle books. This was one of my favorite childhood authors and I am so glad I am getting to share the books with Audra. They had TONS, but I looked through and got the ones that were not ripped or too worn. A buck each! Then I found my favorite book from middle school, Jackaroo. I was very, very happy. I flipped through it and was quickly brought back to my favorite masked heroine, Gwyn (is not the most romantical name). I have forgotten a lot of the exciting details, but now that I have it in my possession, I know what I will be reading. :)

I'm so jealous! I love books and to get them under a dollar a piece would have been amazing! I guess I'll stick to the library for now! - Alyssa
